Workflow Analysis
We discuss how you work — equipment, meeting habits, filing needs, hours spent at the desk — and measure the space available including alcoves, corners and window positions.
Ergonomic Design
Desk height, monitor distance, keyboard tray position and chair clearance are all calculated for your body and your equipment. We produce 3D renders of the completed space.
Build
Desks, shelving and storage are manufactured in our workshop from your chosen timber. Cable channels, power grommet positions and monitor arm fixings are integrated during construction.
Finishing
Stained, oiled or painted to complement your home interior. Desktop surfaces are treated with hard-wearing lacquer or oil designed for daily use.
Installation & Cable Setup
Installed on site with all cable management fitted. We route power, data and monitor cables through the furniture so your workspace is clean from day one.

Full-room studies with built-in desk, floor-to-ceiling bookcases and filing cabinets are our most comprehensive office solution. These are designed as a single cohesive environment — consistent timber, consistent proportions, consistent finish.
Alcove offices use chimney breast alcoves to create compact but fully functional workstations with integrated power, shelving above and storage below. Popular in Victorian terraces where a spare room isn't available.

Standing Desk and Adjustable Options
We build fixed-height standing desks at your measured standing elbow height, or integrate electric sit-stand mechanisms into timber desktop surfaces for motorised height adjustment. The mechanism is concealed within the desk frame.
For those who alternate between sitting and standing, we can build tiered desks with a raised monitor platform at standing height and a lower keyboard tray at seated height — no motor needed.
Materials for Office Furniture
Oak is the most popular choice for home office desks — hard-wearing, characterful and available in natural, fumed or white-oiled finishes. Walnut provides a darker, more executive aesthetic. Ash is lighter in colour and weight.
Desktop surfaces receive a commercial-grade lacquer or hard wax oil finish that resists scratching, heat marks and moisture from drinks. We can refinish desktops after years of use to restore them to new condition.
