Work Process / What to expect
1. Request an onsite consultation (not requested)
We offer a free onsite initial consultation, where you are informing us about your needs & preferences. The specialist would take the necessary measurements and offer options & advices in regards to your request.
2. Receive your quote after the onsite consultation or request one online
You should expect an exact quote within 72 hours from the specialist visit.
If you have started your journey with us by requesting an online quote, you should your approximate quote within 72 hours.
3. Once the price is agreed we request a 50% deposit to start the works
Once the deal has been agreed, we request a 50% deposit before we start the production.
*We would arrange a visit to your place to get the exact measurements, if you have chosen to start with an online quote. Adjustments might be made to your quote after the specialist measurements taking, if wrong provided (which is not usually the case).
You would also have an opportunity for a close view to our colour and structure samples.
4. Professional design sketch approval by client
Our designers will start designing your bespoke furniture, which will be emailed to you for approval. Amendments will be made to your furniture sketches until perfect for you.
5. Manufacturing, Delivery & Installation of your furniture
Relax. We will be back very soon on an agreed day to deliver and install your furniture.
